Shipping & Returns
Where we ship
We ship within the contiguous United States only. We currently do not ship internationally or to addresses outside the 50 US states.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 48 hours of confirmed payment, Monday through Friday. Payments received over the weekend are processed the following business day.
Shipping carriers and timing
- UPS Priority Mail, typically 1 to 3 business days.
- UPS Ground, typically 3 to 5 business days.
- FedEx Ground, typically 3 to 5 business days.
A tracking number is emailed the moment your order ships.
Shipping cost
Flat-rate shipping is $12 per order. Free shipping is applied automatically once your order reaches $250. Your running total and how much more you need to qualify show in your cart.
Restricted destinations
We do not ship to PO boxes when an alternative residential or business address is available. We do not ship internationally, to APO/FPO addresses, or to any US jurisdiction where research-grade compound sale is prohibited by state law. If your shipping state cannot be served, you will be notified at checkout or by email after the order is placed.
Lost or damaged shipments
If your tracking shows delivered but the package never arrived, or if your package arrives damaged, contact orders@aminoplug.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to investigate and, where appropriate, replace or refund the order.
Returns
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. If your order arrives damaged in transit, contact orders@aminoplug.com and we will replace it or issue a refund.
